Beechbrook Landscape Architecture is seeking a talented, creative landscape designer with one to three years of experience, to work in a collaborative environment and assist in the development of high quality projects.

Required Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in a landscape architecture firm, however willing to consider those with only 1 year of experience and/or multiple summer internships at a landscape architecture firm.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic construction knowledge including but not limited to cost estimating, grading, detailing and base map creation.
• Proficiency with CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
• Experience with VectorWorks and Mac Operating Systems is preferred, but not required.
• Strong hand and computer graphics.
• A working knowledge of native and ornamental plants, and a horticultural background.
• Articulate, well mannered, and professional.
• A hard working and dedicated team member who is resourceful, motivated, and shows initiative and enthusiasm.
• Organized and capable of working simultaneously on multiple projects in various stages with concurrent deadlines, and in a time efficient manner.
• A willingness to work outdoors from time to time and assist with recording site measurements and land stewardship related tasks.

Education Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
