Landscape Irrigation Foreman (Irrigation)

Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems meeting company and industry standards for quality and efficiency. 

*Activate and deactivate irrigation systems according to seasonal priorities or pre-established duties.

*Repair and troubleshoot irrigation systems as required.

*Layout and install new or renovated irrigation systems.

*Submit to Supervisor thorough and accurate billing information for chargeable work performed.

*Promote and maintain safe working conditions.

*Program irrigation clocks to ensure proper watering of landscapes maintained.

*Ensure proper use, care, and inventory of company vehicle, equipment and tools assigned.

*Gather and update historical data for each account regarding water sources, point of connection and mainline location, services performed, and parts installed.

*Responsible for ensuring that no additional work is performed without a written and signed change order. 

Licensing / Certification

*must have a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card

Education

* Completion of education in landscaping and/or 1 year experience preferred but not required; will train

Physical Demands

* Must be able to stand, stoop and bend for long periods of time

* Must be able to operate heavy equipment

* Must be able to lift 50 pounds
