Daisy's Landscaping is currently interviewing for the position of Project Manager.

The role and duties of a Project manager vary greatly between companies so please read our expectations clearly to see if you are a good fit.

Firstly, we are a custom residential design and build landscape construction firm. We are already outfitted with an in house design team, quantity surveyor (estimator), expert foremen and highly skilled installers, top quality tools and machines and a good share of the high end custom market in Vancouver, North Van, West Van, Burnaby and Coquitlam. Our missing link is a highly experienced and certified Project Manager.

You will exclusively be a Project Manager of between 3-6 teams, each team has between 2-6 people. The key role of the Project Manager is to: Manage all resources (staff, tools, trucks, machines, materials etc) optimally to assist each project reaching its fullest production output.

Your 2 main Key Performance Indicators are:
- GPM - Gross Profit Margin
- NPS - Net Promoter Score (Client satisfaction)

Must haves:
- Degree / Diploma in Project Management / Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
- Understanding of Project Management tools
- Excellent computer skills
- Management experience
- A good understanding of Landscape Construction
- Firm yet personable personality
- Hard work ethic with huge drive to succeed
- Initiative and creativity

We will set you up for success from the start with a thorough job contract and comp models on how to perform your role. A hands on training with owner and existing PM / Estimator.

Compensation

In return for your high set of skills and hard work we will offer:

- Salary of between $75,000-90,000 / annually
- Extensive health and dental benefits (50/50) split
- End of year bonus for reaching a target GPM
